U.S. Ambassador to ASEAN Nina Hachigian hosted a “Women Who Lead” panel discussion at the Kuala Lumpur Library this morning. This event served as an opportunity to inspire young Malaysians, especially women, with examples and advice from dynamic women leaders who have succeeded in a variety of fields. Panelists include Dato’ Yasmin Mahmood (CEO, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation), Michelle Gyles-McDonnough (UN Resident Coordinator for Malaysia and UNDP Resident Representative for Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei), and Tan Sri Dr. Rebecca Fatima Sta Maria (Secretary General, Ministry of International Trade and Industry).
