Seeking Feedback from Notarial Customers 

The American Citizen Services Unit is seeking feedback from U.S. citizens and any other customers who have recently received notarial services at the U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, in order to determine how we can better assist U.S. citizens in Malaysia.  We are particularly interested in hearing about your experience with local authorities who may request that specific documents be notarized by the Embassy.  Your feedback will enable us to determine where best to focus our engagement with local authorities on issues affecting U.S. citizens in Malaysia.
