Workshop participants had the opportunity to try out activities that help to meet the needs of individual students, with a focus on incorporating critical thinking and collaborative group work. At the end of the workshop, teachers said that the tools and techniques offered made the concept of differentiated instruction much less intimidating than they had previously considered, and that the activities offered practical and realistic ways to incorporate differentiation into their curricula.
