The EducationUSA Advising Centers in Malaysia are a part of EducationUSA, the U.S. Department of State’s network of over 430 international student advising centers in more than 175 countries and territories. EducationUSA Malaysia offers accurate, comprehensive, and current information about opportunities to study at accredited postsecondary institutions in the United States. EducationUSA also provides services to the U.S. higher education community to help institutional leaders meet their recruitment and campus internalization goals. EducationUSA Malaysia currently has advising centers in both Kuala Lumpur and Penang.
The Kuala Lumpur Advising Center is housed at Me.reka in Publika Shopping Gallery while the Penang Advising Center is based at the Penang Science Cluster. Both centers offers advising sessions free of charge and preferably by appointment. Besides advising sessions, EducationUSA Malaysia hosts education fairs and events that are free and open to the public. We also conducts workshops and presentations about studying in the U.S. at public and private education institutions.
